How much will I be fined for an overdue item? How do I pay library fines?
Fees are charged for lost or damaged library materials. The borrower will be assessed the cost of the lost/damaged item or a minimum standard replacement charge of $50 (whichever is greater).
A replacement copy of a lost or damaged item may be purchased for the library in lieu of the minimum standard replacement charge, with prior approval.
Booth Library does not charge overdue fines for books or media. Overdue fines are charged for equipment checked out from the Center for Student Innovation.
