University rules do not allow e-scooters, hoverboards, electric skateboards, or other battery-powered vehicles inside of University buildings. This rule is listed in the On-Campus Handbook. Batteries on these vehicles are a fire risk.
Powerchairs, mobility scooters, and other battery-powered mobility aids approved by the Accessibility and Accommodations Office are welcome in all University buildings.
